2015
In 2014 and 2015 two field seasons are carried out. One in November and December of 2014, oriented to the evaluation of adjacent lands to the known area of the Batambal site with the purpose of better learning of its extension and nearby sites, as well as guaranteeing the visual integrity and possible acquisition of neighboring land which are part of the buffering zone. The second stage carried out between March and April of 2015, had as goal the excavation of trenches of mounds 1 and 2 at the Finca 6 site and the additional evaluation of structure 1 of the Grijalba-2 site to assess its constructive system and know their state of conservation as basis for the actions of stabilization and conservation of said structures.
